Foundation Learning - Apprenticeship and Enterprise
This programme is aimed at individuals who see their next step as the Apprenticeship route or in Business start up. The course runs from September 2010 to March 2011 and includes intensive help and support to secure progression when the course finishes.
Progression routes and qualifications, BTEC level 2, a Diploma in Health and Social care, sport or business, Apprenticeship in the workplace or Business Start Up. All learners will work towards Functional Skills qualifications in Maths English and ICT.
Entry requirements
• You must be between 16 and 18 years old
• A satisfactory reference from your school
• You will need to have an interest in the vocational area covered in your course
