A Level Results Day 2019: A guide
16th July 2019
You've worked hard all year, putting in the time and effort, all leading up to one big day - A Level results day!
In 2019, A Level results day is on Thursday the 15th of August.
UCAS Track
If you've applied for a place at university, UCAS Track will be an important feature of your day. UCAS Track will open from around 8.00am on results day. Once the site does come back online, your page will not update until midday, at the earliest.
If the university you've applied to has made a decision on your case, UCAS Track will show whether you have been accepted by your firm and/or insurance choice, if it does not update - give the universities a call.
While UCAS Track should show whether your grades have been adequate enough to secure your place, it will not show you what grades you have achieved.
If your offer is also conditional on a GCSE grade, UCAS Track will not update until GCSE results day on the 22nd of August. If this is the case, you must also send the GCSE results directly to the universities yourself, UCAS will not do this for you.
Collecting your grades
If are an existing student and you would like to know your A Level grades on A Level results day, you will need to visit us here on campus.
Results will be available from 9.00am in the gym, remember to bring along your student card when you collect your grades. After 12.00pm, results will be available from The Advice Shop until 2.00pm, at which point results will be sent to your home address.
Need guidance with your results?
If your results weren't quite what you were expecting, you may wish to reconsider or adjust your next step. Advisers will be available in the gym when you collect your results, and The Advice Shop will be open throughout the day.
Alternative options are available, and we are here to work with you to ensure we find the best possible outcome for you and your future.
